enjoyed stay. staff friendly. very central. beds comfortable. will come back
no real soul but maybe lack of visitors contributed to this. breakfast room cold in appearance. No newspaper choice in morning but Irish Independent.breakfast should be included in price.
Beds were comfortable. Quiet location.
Staff were very unprofessional. When we were checking in, the person at reception stated that they did not have my on-line booking reservation through Booked.net and made the statement not to trust any on line booking site except their own. They were overfamiliar and inappropriate e.g. when I opened our hotel room door in response to a staff member's knock, they said "boo" to me and then requested that we move room because they had already booked another party into our allocated room. On checking out the receptionist did not even ask whether we enjoyed our stay or thank us for our custom.
The hotel service was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The food was also excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.
The bar food was a little too expensive although it was very nice.
very helpfull staff as regards parking and a nice comfotable bar area
no car park. room not ready even though it was 3pm. reception people were not very welcoming. owner or manager kept starring at us and asking personal questions. the beer was terrible. breakfast not included. wont be going back to this hotel.
Location. It's in the heart of Tralee with easy access too all places within Kerry.
Only one key available for twin room. Also, keys are a little old-fashioned, However, it's not a big deal really.
I would like to have been able to get a newspaper on the Sunday morning.. Even if you had to pay for it
Rooms quite dated,old tvs etc
The location, right in the middle of the town.
In the wheelchair asseccible room I think it would be of benefit to customers to state that the shower tray had a small step into it. Also the rail in the shower was way to far away from the shower seat.
I heartily recommend this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds comfortable. Food first class and good value for money. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again if we are in the area.
parking was sparce and bar food and wine selection very poor. only small bottles available. staff very friendly
location,value ,deseign ,staff.
We arrived late we had advised the hotel that we would be late but the food finished at 9pm we arrived around 9,50 We were tired after the journey and didtn feel like looking around for somewhere when a sandwich would have filled the bill
The room didn't have all the facilities that were advertised and we booked a smoking room to be told that it was a non-smoking hotel once we got there.
It dopes what it says on the box - very friendly staff who were very helpful. Good location, very close to An Lár yet quiet at night.
Staff did their best
Poor service, overcrowded with groups - sevice not provided to me as an individual person on a business trip, to the extent that there was no space for me in the breakfast room!
